How it works

Family  Mall Run:
3 mile team run.
Combat Fitness Field: The combat field will consist of various movement exercise across a field. These exercises include bear crawls, low crawls, buddy carries, and crab walks.  
Combat Fitness Loop:This is a three mile run with five exercise stations along the route. Stations will vary in difficulty, depending on the teams category.  
Upper Body Station: The team will have to complete a total of200 Sit Ups120 Push Ups40 Burpees

Mud Pit Low Crawl:Participants will crawl under a series of wire obstacles and then have the choice of either running or low crawling through a mud pit.
 Under 18 Hardcore
 Mall Run: 3 mile team pack run (One 45 lb pack shared between 4 person team).

The team will have to complete a total of 120 Pull Ups 300 Sit Ups 200 Push Ups 80 Burpees
